    A. 5 + 9. (3 rounds @ 65, 1 round @ 45, rest @ 55. Alternated rounds of K2E and T2B on floor). Meant to do it @55 lb. Actually put 65lb on the bar and was wondering by round 3 why it was so heavy. Thanks to Michael for bringing me plates to fix my math error. K2E were sloooow – couldn’t seem to string anything together.
    9am skills
    A. C&J up to 105#
    B. BS x 5 @ 85, 105, 125, 145, 155# (these felt really good – figured since I did 3 x 155 last Sat, I’d try 5 x 155 – focused on breathing and that was helpful)
    C. DL x 5 @ 85# (pretty light – focused on both legs working equally hard)
    D. planks 4 x 30 sec.

    Spent time on butterflies when I don’t even have a regular kip down consistently. That was stupid of me.. Didn’t feel like I accomplished anything. C2b also weak.
    Dips felt decent with band.

    WOD–156.. 3 no reps on T2b that I didn’t quite make it. Stuck to a steady pace and small groups of reps. 75 PJ… Should have maybe done 80??..

    Practiced front squats at Kilo.
    Started with sets of 3: 45kg(99lbs)- 55(121)- 65(143)- 75(165)- 85(187)PR
    Jeremy told me to switch to singles: 95kg(209lbs)- 100(220)PR- 102(225)fail- 102(225)fail
    so close! I kind of liked lifting in kilos because tried not to look at the weights until I was finished lifting it and each time you add plates it’s like double what you expect it to be.

    Practiced strict muscle ups and HSPU. Then 100 banded good mornings.
