    Muscle ups are back…did a whole bunch and felt pretty consistent and confident about them.

    30s 21:53 I think. My lungs burned more than anything on this. Had trouble breathing thru the whole class… I think it’s my normal spring allergy problem…it always makes me feel stupid because I get so ridiculously out of breath. Did ring dips and tried to kip on them but alot were strict.

    B. at 20 min cap, I made it through 4 rounds + run
    Pull ups w red + green band. Grip was a huge problem. Started to cut rest time because really my pull ups are like rest because I’m so slow at them…
    Stuck around and did some back squats – 5×5 (105, 125, 145, 145, 155) and a bunch of ab mat sit ups.
