The Test

With a 50 minute Running Clock

A.  10 Minutes to establish a 1 RM Power Snatch

B.  10 – 20 Minute

3 Rounds AFAP

10 x HSPU or 20 CG Push-ups

50 x Double-unders or 25 x Tuck Jumps

C.  20 – 25 Minute

5 Min AMRAP

Squat Cleans + Jerks @ 165lb/110lb

D.  30 – 40 Minute

AFAP

50 x Wallballs @ 20lb/14lb

30 x Burpees

10 x Bar Muscle-ups or 20 x Pull-ups

E.  45 – 50 Minute

AMRAP

    A. 145. Same as my PR. Tried for 150 x5 and missed. I should have had it! Dang!
    B. 4:55. Struggled a little with double unders. Not too bad though.
    C. 21 reps.
    D. 6:28. Should have gone unbroken with the wallballs. Shawn and I talked after and very valid point. Just do it. Burpees were fine. Muscle ups need work. Did them as singles and took a little too long between reps.
