    A. 6 rounds + run + 2 DL @135#. Made it through 4 rounds of push-ups unbroken, 5th round broken, 6th round mostly knees. Runs got very slow at the end.
    B. 20x kettlebell under-body – wow, really hard after the WOD 🙂
