Jen Brickley June 7, 2012 at 7:40 am I did pullups with blue band, then red band (got about 2? with red.) then tried without, didn’t get it! WOD: 10lb, 2 rounds blue band 5 rounds green 8:21 (it was possibly 8:31, I seriously can’t remember)
