    I did pullups with blue band, then red band (got about 2? with red.) then tried without, didn’t get it!

    WOD: 10lb, 2 rounds blue band 5 rounds green 8:21 (it was possibly 8:31, I seriously can’t remember)

    Oly night! After scheduling conflicts and being sick, it was great to get back. Went light but really sweated. =) Thanks Alex!

    A.10# 6 reps, 17.5# 3 reps (2x)
    B. 12:31 10# WB, got good advice about making it through all these reps, thanks Jeremy. Pull-ups REALLY slowed me down.
