    much harder than I expected! Maybe it’s the heat. WOD 22:15, did all the pullups with blue band. Trying to stick with the blue one but I struggle with the last set.

    WOD: 17:19 (burpee box step-ups). Not a very stellar performance. Guess that’s what I get for having too much fun the last few days. Time to get back on track!!!
