good stuff- worked with Lauren and Ragan as a warm up for a 1 hour bike ride. Did running, mountain climbers, pushups, squats and rowing.
Great WOD – fun, just love the team/group WODs. Great to meet Tina, we did 36:40. FUN! great way to start the 4th.
