WOD 12:10, scaled. Push-jerks and thrusters were a challenge, as is most weight lifting….but getting better. The warm-up and the WOD had good variety. All-in-all, another good workout!

I got up to 235 on push jerks and got 10:39 on the WOD. The thrusters weren’t hard, but I felt super slow on the runs.
