    power snatch: 135, 135, 155, 155, 175 (1st one was ugly, second one FAIL)
    WOD: 465, 1.5pood, strict PU, DUs

    Good skill work on snatches – much improved! Double unders are coming along a bit. Good workout today! all rounds in the 40s.

    Power Snatch: 65-75-85-95-95 (needs work),
    WOD: 4 2min AMRAP with 2 min rest between
    40 OHS @ 45# (wrists gave out before legs)
    30 abmat sit-ups
    64,44,49,50 (Happy I was able to complete all the OHS each round). Legs and back were burning after.
