21:15 sport. The lunges were harder on my arms than legs because I couldn’t keep my arm straight up because of this pesky pinched shoulder….have been trying to massage out the knot but it won’t go away! Mobility work needed. Toes to bar were ok till last round …1st 3 rounds I did 2x10ttb. These are getting better. My running was slow…this workout felt long and gave me a side ache so I just tried to breathe and relax thru it. Felt better than yesterday. Much better attitude.

Ike needed to burn some energy so CFK/FIT it is! Glad I went to FIT it was a burner!!
Practiced T2B before and after FIT. I got 3 consecutive T2B in multiple trials, without the stutter and stopping of momentum in between kips.. YES!! Now onto consecutive pull ups!!! 🙂
