    endurance WOD: 6X500m w/3 min rest (1:56, 1:54, 1:55, 1:55, 1:52, 1:55)

    CFP WOD: A. back squats felt good. Got up to 175 easily
    B. 2, 1+16, 1+14, 1+13, 1+11 pushups sucked after the 1st 10, wall balls started sucking towards the end, pullups were easy

    Tough day all around – mental toughness just not there today. Almost quit after 2 rounds. Thanks Matt for expecting me to get back at it.

    First WOD to use unassisted pull ups. Made it through the first two rounds (38 reps) before moving to red band.
