    A. Did the Oly class, so was tired, and Josie had me work on my 5 rep front squat – did 85#
    B.1+25, 1+43, 1+15 @ 55# (did 40 singles)

    Oly night! Worked max on C&J for Saturday. Hit 95# which appears to be a tie from the summer. Felt good. Back squats.

    1+5, 1+5, 1+6. Good workout. Glad to be back after a week on hiatus. I didn’t get a PR on the Back Squat but it’s been a while since I’ve felt that much weight on me.
