    Almost one double under ….seriously it was like 1.874. Bunches of 1.5 unders and a ton of singles

    5 min AMRAP air squats: 100ish lost count
    WOD: 12+2Rx great workout. My motto was to just keep moving!!!

    10 or so double unders
    shoulder press: 35/45/55/65/55 (second attempt at 65 failed, this was my previous pr)
    WOD: 8+20. This WOD was hard for me, not sure why. Kept getting dizzy, but pushed on!

    So me and double unders…..we just don’t see eye to eye….more practice! Shoulder press 35/45/55/65/75 1 rep….
    WOD 10+10 with 14#! First time ever!

    Great workout! 129 double unders and several sore toes.
    Shldr Press – 65/75/85/95/95 – extra set of 2 at 105
    WOD – 8+10 with 14lb med ball……..killer.

    WOD 10+10. I like the smaller sets. It is easier to keep moving when you are only looking at 10 more reps.
