B2.  Box jumps – 3 x 5 @ 36inch/30inch w/60 Sec Rest

30 Clean and Jerks AFAP  

@ 135lb/95lb

    C&J’s: 55, 65, 75 X3
    WOD: 1:49 at 45# – clearly didn’t do enough weight but wasn’t sure I could do 30 with more weight. I’ll go more next time.
