C.  Lying Leg Raises – 3 x 20

    DAHLC wod: 6×5 Leg press machine w/ 180 x2, 200×2, 220×2
    195 walking lunges w/ 10# medball alternating legs around the DAHLC track (one lap around) then
    4x : 20 squats w/ 10#ball
    20 straight leg situps w/ 6# ball (no swinging arms)

    6.5 rounds –55# (except for the last round where Matt added 10#s that I didn’t know about I did it, thinking wow, I must be really tired from those runs! — but I got it up there, thanks Matt!). Good work out but HOT!
