The 10 Minute Chili  -Matt Arnold I like to dabble in cooking here and there, and sometimes with life I don’t have that much time to cook a great meal.  Chili is one of my favorite meals to eat, and I figured out how to get it all cooked up in about 10 minutes. …..  Ingredients:   1lb Grass Fed Beef 1/2lb Nitrate free bacon (Chopped) 1 x Nitrate free sausage (Diced) Cholula 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Chili 1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper 14oz Roasted Tomatoes 6oz of Green Chili peppers 1/2 cup of pico de gallo 1/2 cup of onions (diced) -Use a saucepan and turn the stove top to med-high to high.  Throw the beef, bacon, and sausage in together and cook throughly. -Josey Meurer Why do I CrossFit ? I’m asked a lot why I CrossFit? “What’s the point? Do you really need to work out that bad? Isn’t it hard? CFP will be closed this Saturday due to the Whole Life Challenge.  The Whole Life Challenge is a way for members to micro manage every aspect of their life.  If you haven’t signed up yet, please seriously consider doing so.  45 dollars is a very inexpensive way to change your life for the better.   The Paleo Nick Seminar is quickly filling up.  Even if you aren’t “paleo”, you’ll still learn how to cook healthy meals, learn how to shop  for the best ingredients, and portion control.  This is limited to 30 participants in which everyone will take home 20 meals at the end of the Seminar.   Just a friendly reminder of your uses of classes with your training package.  A class consists of anyone of our CrossFit, Oly, Kettlebell, and Mobility classes.  Going to multiple classes in one day doesn’t constitute as “1” class, please be courteous by...
